Both compositions, Northamptonshire Folk tune arrangement 1 and Northamptonshire Folk tune arrangement 13 were inspired by melodies from the music album “Cobbled Together”.
Packed with tuneful songs, dance and music from Northamptonshire, “Cobbled Together” is one of my favourite finds of 2018. Uplifting folk melodies and songs are beautifully organised in between narration which gives some of the history behind the origin of each song.
