TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all on‑line lessons and consultations provided by Milena Kavrakova.
By booking an on‑line lesson or consultation through this website, learners/clients agree to the following terms.
PART A — LESSONS
1. Lessons
On‑line lessons are 60‑minute interactive sessions.
2. Lesson Date Booking Fee
A lesson date is agreed on by the learner and Milena Kavrakova via email.
Milena Kavrakova then sends the learner a link to a secure booking page.
To secure the lesson date, the learner is required to pay the £5 booking fee. The booking fee is not refundable or transferable, unless the pre‑booked lesson date is rescheduled by Milena Kavrakova or cancelled by Milena Kavrakova.
3. Lesson Payment
After the lesson, Milena Kavrakova sends the learner a link to a secure payment page.
The remaining balance of £35 is due immediately after the lesson.
4. Lesson Non‑Payment
If payment for a lesson is not received, Milena Kavrakova will send a reminder.
If payment is still not made, no further lessons will be offered until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. First Lesson
The first lesson is booked and paid for in the same way as all subsequent lessons.
It is an initial session during which both the learner and Milena Kavrakova can determine whether they are a good fit.
If either party decides that they are not a good fit, the payment for the first lesson will be refunded.
6. Lesson Rescheduling
If a learner cannot attend the pre‑booked lesson date, they must inform Milena Kavrakova via email that they wish to reschedule.
A new lesson date is then agreed on between the learner and Milena Kavrakova via email.
Milena Kavrakova then sends the learner a link to a secure booking page.
To secure the new lesson date, the learner is required to pay a new £5 booking fee. Booking fees are not transferable between dates.
7. Lesson Cancellation
If a learner cancels a lesson date, the booking fee is retained by Milena Kavrakova.
If a lesson date is cancelled by Milena Kavrakova, the booking fee is refunded to the learner in full.
8. Lesson No‑Show Policy
In the case of a no‑show to a lesson that has not been cancelled or rescheduled in advance, full payment of £5 booking fee + £35 remaining lesson fee is expected.
In exceptional circumstances such as medical or personal emergencies, and when the learner informs Milena Kavrakova, only the £5 booking fee is retained and the remaining balance will not be required.
9. Lesson Refunds
9.1 First Lesson Refund
The first lesson is fully refundable if either party decides that they are not a good fit.
9.2 Refunds When Milena Kavrakova Cancels or Reschedules
If a lesson date is cancelled or rescheduled by Milena Kavrakova, the £5 booking fee will be refunded in full.
9.3 Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances such as medical or personal emergencies, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Milena Kavrakova.
10. Right to Discontinue Lessons
Milena Kavrakova reserves the right to discontinue lessons at any point if she determines that the relationship is no longer a good fit.
11. Lessons Confidentiality
All lessons are private.
Information shared by the learner will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed in a way that identifies them personally.
Milena Kavrakova may use anonymised examples, themes, or situations from lessons in her educational content, writing, or videos, provided that all identifying details are removed and the learner cannot be recognised.
12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
If these policies are updated, learners will be informed by email.
By continuing to book lessons after an update, learners agree to the revised policies.
PART B — CONSULTATIONS
13. Consultations
Consultations are 60‑minute conversational sessions that aim to support the client on their creative journey.
Before booking a consultation, clients are asked to review the list of areas in which Milena Kavrakova has lived experience, to ensure that the questions and topics they wish to explore align with her lived experience.
In the consultation, clients are expected to share their current position in their creative journey, bring their questions, and hear Milena Kavrakova’s insights based on her personal experience.
14. Consultations Disclaimer
Any insights shared during consultations are based solely on Milena Kavrakova’s personal lived experience and do not constitute professional, therapeutic, legal, financial, or business advice. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations, and Milena Kavrakova accepts no liability for any outcomes arising from how clients choose to use or apply the insights shared.
15. Consultation Date Booking Fee

16. Consultation Payment
