These Terms of Sale apply to all on‑line lessons, consultations, and digital products sale provided by Milena Kavrakova.

By booking an on‑line lesson or consultation through this website, learners/clients agree to the following terms.

PART A — LESSONS

1. Lessons

On‑line lessons are 60‑minute interactive sessions.

2. Lesson Booking & Payment

To secure your online lesson, full payment of £40 is required at the time of booking.

2.1 Bookings for Minors

Online lessons are available to individuals under the age of 18 only where the booking is made, paid for, and confirmed by a parent or legal guardian. By making a booking for a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

3. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or change your lesson time, please let Milena Kavrakova know via email at least 24 hours before the lesson’s scheduled start time.

3.1 More than 24 hours’ notice: Milena Kavrakova may reschedule your lesson to a new date for free, or issue a full £40 refund.

3.2 Less than 24 hours’ notice (or No-Shows): The £40 payment is retained in full to cover the missed session, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for the learner.

3.3 If a lesson date is cancelled by Milena Kavrakova, the lesson fee will be refunded in full.

3.4 Emergencies: In exceptional circumstances, such as sudden medical or personal emergencies, refunds or free rescheduling are at Milena Kavrakova’s absolute discretion.

4. First Lesson

The first lesson is booked and paid for in the same way as all subsequent lessons.

It is an initial session during which both the learner and Milena Kavrakova can determine whether they are a good fit.

If either party decides that they are not a good fit, the payment for the first lesson will be refunded.

5. Lesson Refunds

5.1 First Lesson Refund

The first lesson is fully refundable if either party decides that they are not a good fit.

5.2 Refunds When Milena Kavrakova Cancels

If a lesson date is cancelled by Milena Kavrakova, the lesson fee will be refunded in full.

5.3 Refunds When Learner Cancels

If a lesson date is cancelled by the learner and with more than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson fee will be refunded in full.

If a lesson date is cancelled by the learner and with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson fee of £40 is retained in full to cover the missed session, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for the learner.

5.4 Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as medical or personal emergencies, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Milena Kavrakova.

6. Right to Discontinue Lessons

Milena Kavrakova reserves the right to discontinue lessons at any point if she determines that the relationship is no longer a good fit.

7. Lessons Confidentiality

All lessons are private. Information shared by the learner will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed in a way that identifies them personally.

Milena Kavrakova may use anonymised examples, themes, or situations from lessons in her educational content, writing, or videos, provided that all identifying details are removed and the learner cannot be recognised.

PART B — CONSULTATIONS

8. Consultations

Consultations are 60‑minute conversational sessions that aim to support the client on their creative journey.

Before booking a consultation, clients are asked to review the list of areas in which Milena Kavrakova has lived experience, to ensure that the questions and topics they wish to explore align with her lived experience.

In the consultation, clients are expected to share their current position in their creative journey, bring their questions, and hear Milena Kavrakova’s insights based on her personal experience.

9. Consultations Disclaimer

Any insights shared during consultations are based solely on Milena Kavrakova’s personal lived experience and do not constitute professional, therapeutic, legal, financial, or business advice. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations, and Milena Kavrakova accepts no liability for any outcomes arising from how clients choose to use or apply the insights shared.

10. Consultation Booking & Payment

To secure your consultation, full payment of £40 is required at the time of booking.

11. Consultations Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If the client needs to cancel or change the consultation time, the client needs to inform Milena Kavrakova via email at least 24 hours before the consultation's scheduled start time.

PART C — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

16. Delivery & Refunds

Digital music tracks, albums, or artwork files (both paid and free downloads) are delivered instantly via Bandzoogle. Because these are digital downloads delivered immediately, all sales of paid digital products are final and non-refundable.

17. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All music downloads, tracks, and artwork files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Milena Kavrakova. Downloads are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, share, sample, or redistribute the tracks, album, or artwork digital files without explicit written permission.

18. Consumer Cancellation Rights

By downloading digital music or digital artwork files immediately, you explicitly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or session is complete.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If these policies are updated, learners and clients will be informed by email. By continuing to book lessons or consultations after an update, learners and clients agree to the revised policies.
